Anyone who wants to access this service can go to their website and fill out a simple form requesting assistance. This is all non-medical and non-contact support, to minimise as many risks as possible.

Their team of local volunteers are happy to help with all sorts –  from collecting prescriptions, running to the shops and dropping on doorsteps, or even a chat on the phone if you’re feeling stressed or cut off. All financial transactions are cashless through our dedicated bank account, and all the services are 100% free with clients only ever paying the exact value of any items we may have had to purchase on their behalf.

The website is the easiest way to access the service, but the group are also contactable via email at admin@EccleshallCares.co.uk  or Tel: 07534 914629.
