The Parish Council have a vacancy and are looking to appoint a Councillor to represent the Horsley Ward within Eccleshall.
If you are interested in becoming a Parish Councillor, you will need to be over 18, and be able to meet one of the following criteria:
- Listed on the electoral register for the parish of Eccleshall
- Have lived in the ward of Eccleshall, or within three miles of its boundary, for at least a year
- Have been the owner or tenant of land in the ward of Eccleshall for at least a year
- Have had your only or main place of work in ward of Eccleshall for at least a year
You do not need to reside in the Horsley, but as an elected Councillor for Horsley Ward you will representing the interests of that area as part of your role.

Shortlisted candidates will be asked to attend the next Parish Meeting on the WEDNESDAY 21st November, to give a brief presentation (2-3 minutes only) as to why they are interested in becoming a Parish Councillor and the skills/experience they will bring to the role.
